Adilang Vocational Training Institute on 23.01.2026, held its 4th Graduation Ceremony, marking another important step in the school’s journey of equipping young people with practical skills for life and work.
This year, over 76 students graduated in different disciplines. Each graduate walked away not only with a certificate but with hands-on training and confidence to step into employment, entrepreneurship, or further learning.
The ceremony was presided over by Fr. , who served as the main celebrant. In his remarks, he encouraged the graduates to use their skills to serve their communities with integrity and hard work. He reminded them that technical knowledge becomes meaningful when it improves lives.
We were also honored to host our visitors and sponsors from Germany, whose continued support has played a key role in the growth of AVTI. Their presence at the ceremony reflected the strong partnership behind the school’s mission and the shared belief in the power of vocational education.
Parents and guardians turned up in large numbers to witness their children’s achievements. It was a proud moment for many families, seeing the results of months and years of dedication. The celebration extended beyond the school grounds, opening up to the wider Adilang community and strengthening the bond between AVTI and the people it serves.
AVTI is sponsored by the Dongo Paco Foundation (DPFL), whose ongoing commitment enables young people in Adilang to access quality vocational training. Through this partnership, the school continues to provide opportunities that change individual lives and support community development.
As AVTI celebrates its 4th graduation, the focus remains clear: to train, mentor, and prepare more young people with practical skills that create real impact.
We congratulate all the graduates and wish them success in the journey ahead.
